have just had our settee and chair re-upholstered by Jason for the second time, the first being some 14 years ago. It was only because we had changed our colour scheme that we needed to change our suite and the only person that came to mind was Jason. The process has been seamless from start to finish. Jason has a quality range of fabrics to choose from and with his advice and guidance, after much deliberation we eventually chose a fabric we were happy with. Having a previous knowledge of his work, it was never in doubt that Jason would deliver a superb quality suite and we had every confidence in his work – we weren’t disappointed. He is an exceptional craftsman and his attention to detail is outstanding. It is rare to get a service like the one we received and without question would recommend Jason.

After dithering about for far too long as to whether I should replace my Cintique suite or have it re-upholstered. I decided to phone a local store who are stockists for this make of furniture to ask if they knew of anyone who could take on the job should I choose to have it re-upholstered. Without hesitation they gave me Jason’s phone number. I phoned him immediately and I’m so pleased I did. Within a few days he was here and with his help, patience and advice, I chose a fabric which would compliment my decor. Not only did he re-upholster, but stripped off the old stain on the beech frames and re-stained to compliment the existing oak furniture in my room. Now returned and looking better than I could have ever imagined not only in looks, but in comfort. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jason.

Jason was recommended by a friend of a friend as we needed some updating work on 2 twenty-something-year-old sofas and a younger corner unit. He has made a fantastic job of completely renovating the 2 sofas and repairing and rejuvenating the corner unit including adding some extra cushions. I would recommend him without hesitation. His work is very high quality and his guidance and responsiveness as we decided on fabrics and design features were very much appreciated.

Our family has known Jason for a number of years and he has been involved in a number of projects for us all, far and wide regarding upholstery of settees, chairs, chaise longues, and study chairs. His attention to detail and matching of hides has been first class and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and indeed he is again doing yet more great work for our family. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone with the care and diligence that Jason has and so glad we have found this gem!

I can thoroughly recommend Jason’s workmanship. He has transformed several tired pieces of furniture into new items which now compliment the decor. This year he re upholstered the three piece suite which my grandparents bought in 1939! It will now last even longer! Excellent service!

Jason re-upholstered a Duresta suite and occasional chairs for us. The service was marvelous from start to finish. Jason Perkins did a fabulous job reupholstering several old Victorian chairs for us. He was the obvious person for us to call when our 2 old settees were in need of care and attention. Both were totally rebuilt. We appreciated his help in choosing from a broad range of quality materials and the end result was perfection. Jason is a master of his craft, he pays conscientious attention to detail and is also meticulous in keeping a record of each job.

Jason, over 15years you have upholstered chairs, settees, and bed heads for me and my family, and the work has always been superb however we think that you have excelled yourself with the new three-piece suite that we requested to be modeled on our original suite purchased from Hopewells in Nottingham 45years ago. Your guidance in the choice of fabric was invaluable and we are delighted with the suite. If anything it is better than the original.
